Making the choice to sign up to the Reconnected Woman program with Brianna Norden, was the BEST decision of my life. I was a struggling mum of three kids juggling work, kids sports, farm life, home life and constantly felt in a state of overwhelm. Before joining The Reconnected Women, I was running on adrenaline and constantly stuck in survival mode. After having a baby nearly eight months ago, life felt busier and more chaotic than ever with no end to the madness in sight. I felt disconnected from myself and unsure if I’d ever feel like ‘me’ again. This program helped me reconnect in a way I didn’t realize I’d lost. I’ve learned how to manage my energy, set better boundaries, and move through my days feeling calmer and more in control. For the first time since becoming a mum, I feel like myself again — maybe even a stronger, more grounded version. "This was the missing link"
Before the program I had all the tools, I’ve spent the better part of a decade trying to heal and be a healthier version of myself. I knew what my body and mind needed but I struggled to allow myself space to do the things. This was the missing link. The carefully hand tailored protocol of the reconnected woman ensured I slowed down before I could speed up. Instead of putting a bandaid over the symptoms I was experiencing, it dug in deep. It got to the root cause and cleared it out so that the integration of healthy and nourishing habits and self talk is a practical and realistic reality for me now. It’s not like any other container I’ve been a part of, it was odd at first. My nervous system was craving the adrenaline of other health programs I had experienced in the past. Instead I was forced to slow down. Clear and concise habits were formed through out and suddenly my body was in a very different state to allow this to be something sustainable and long term. It happened before I even knew it. Doing it in a group with other women was one of the highlights because it encourages you to dive into why it’s so easy to support others and raise them up, but not yourself. The accountability to show up for yourself was humbling and helpful all at the same time. It’s very wholesome to do it alongside other super women. The energy exchange drives the ability to walk down a much more grounded and healthier path for not only myself but for my family. I’m very grateful to have been a part of the program. It’s the change you never knew you needed.
